SIGHTSEEING IN EL JADIDA

  • The Walled City Portuguese, Heritage Site by UNESCO is situated 10 minutes from the Riad. Do not miss: the tank located in the city and a walk on the ramparts.
  • The Palais Andalous : This Hotel in activity, that belongs to the city of El Jadida, is a marvel of traditional Moroccan architecture. You will find in this place the richness of Moroccan crafts : wooden door carved, columns and walls zellige, cedar ceiling painted and carved plaster moldings (stuk) painted with egg yolk etc ...

    • El Jadida also has many beaches :

  • The Deauville Beach in the center city and well known by General Lyautey because of the cabins that line the beach yet.
  • The range of Haouzia at the entrance of the city and famous for the beautiful pictures of sunsets that you can do with a beached boat in sight !
  • The beach of Sidi Bouzid is about 10 minutes drive south of El Jadida.

    THE WEATHER

    El Jadida has a pleasant climate and sunny all year round. We are close to the Atlantic Ocean, so do not forget a "sweater" for the mornings and evenings are often cool and wet !!!

  • December, January and February are the winter months, so sometimes it rains.
    Min Temperature: 13/14 degrees; Max: 17 / 18 degrees
  • March, April and May : The weather warms and the ocean too!
    Min Temperature: 17/18 degrees; Max: 22/25 degrees but sometimes in June
  • June, July and August : Summer is always very nice, far from the furnace of Casablanca or Marrakech.
    Low temperature: 22 degrees Max: 28 / 29 degrees.
  • September, October and November : Indian Summer !!!
    Low temperature: 20 degrees Max: 24/25 degrees.
